Harbor Hotel - Jeju

The hotel is conveniently located close to many great adventures and attractions, which allows for easy access to explore the area. It is also near the harbor and buses, making it easy to get around. Rooms are clean and spacious, with helpful and hospitable staff members always ready to assist. breakfast is basic but good, with enough variety to satisfy different tastes.

The facilities in the hotel could use some improvement to make it a more comfortable stay.

Friendly staff, helpful and fluent in English. Clean hotel and rooms. Spacious room with city view. Not noisy despite facing the street. Basic but good breakfast. Convenient location with nearby shops and restaurants. Jogging park with outdoor gym in front of the hotel.

The room was quite cozy and perfect for our romantic getaway. We enjoyed the amazing view of the harbor from our balcony, it was simply breathtaking. the staff was very hospitable, and their service was exceptional, always accommodating to our needs. We loved taking romantic strolls near the property, the location was perfect for that, and the nearby beach added to the charm.

The breakfast could use some improvement, as it was quite monotonous and didn't really offer many options. We also felt that the hotel was quite secluded from the main city, making it difficult for us to go out and explore.

During my New Year stay in this hotel, I was impressed with the impeccable room service - the rooms were cleaned daily, and the fridge was refilled regularly. The breakfast buffet was also a delight, offering fresh fruits, boiled eggs, toast, coffee. the hotel's convenient location, just a short drive from the airport and nearby restaurants, was a plus. Lastly, I appreciated the warmer-than-usual Korean hospitality from the friendly staff, who were always ready to help.

The hotel did not offer much in terms of entertainment options, which was a downside for me. I would have loved to see more recreational activities or facilities, such as a gym.

Near Harbor and transportation. The hotel is located only a few steps away from a bus stop with lines to/from the airport and is very close to the harbor and ferry terminal. there are many great adventures to be had nearby.
